ReplyDeleteThe whole voting thing is kind of wrong. Don't you think? I mean, it shouldn't exactly be about who can get the most friends to vote for them.

ReplyDeleteVotes take up about 40% of the overall decision on who stays and who goes.
Since the winner would also have to be determined by how the readers react to her posts, it just makes complete sense to have a voting component to the competition.
I still have faith with people who are on Stardoll... that at this time, most would not just vote based on friendship but out of what they are actually reading.
Looking at the running poll results now (I have complete access to it as you know), it's holding up to that faith of mine. :)
I sure hope that the readers do judge on quality. A lot of people take a look at the length and decide against it. I can't wait to see the finalists! :)
