Scene & Heard: Be discovered

Every great talent begins as a bubbling passion. It's something you enjoy doing, and because of this you do it often. This consistency and practice easily turns into talent.

My passion? Sceneries.

This passion grew into a skill, and people began to notice. My scenes were seen, and my voice was heard. That is what this competition is all about: giving people the proper recognition for their talent.

For me, my first major breakthrough began with this scenery:

 

After creating this scenery I was featured as Underneath Stardoll's "Talented Medoll of the week"

and shortly after on Stardoll's most wanted "In the Spotlight"


Now I'm sure you're thinking, god is this girl so self centered that all she can talk about is herself? 
But there actually is a rhyme and reason to my rambles: I got my recognition - and now I want you to get yours.

Like all sceneries, the above scenery began with an inspiration. This picture of Edie Sedgwick:

So weather you have a bubbling passion, a talent, or are simply desperate to get your hands on some stardollars (just kidding...), I want to see what you've got. 

To enter this competition you must create a scenery that is inspired by Edie Sedgwick. Your scenery does not have to have a pose, but if you would like to see some tutorials and tips on posing go to http://editorializedsd.blogspot.com/p/lias-scenery-tutorials.html (click on the names to see the full post for each one).

Once you have made your scenery post a tinypic link (go here for a tutorial of how to use tinypic: http://misstopmodelsd.blogspot.com/p/how-to-use-tinypic.html ) of your scenery and the image you used for your inspiration. Please include your stardoll user name if it differs from your blogger name.

You have until the 27th to submit your scenery. After that, I will chose 5 or 10 finalists, who will then be put in a poll, where everyone can vote for their favorite.

The winner will receive 50 shiny stardollars!

COMPETITION RULES

1. You have to be an MDM follower to be able to join.
2. Sceneries that were digitally enhanced (ie: photoshop) will be disqualified.
3. Print screen your outfit and upload it to WWW.TINYPIC.COM (non Tinypic links will not be clicked on)
4. Post the link and your Stardoll username in the feedback section.
5. For SS, prizes will be given through the Starbazaar. For non-SS, prizes will be given in form of gifts equivalent to the amount of the prize.
